Job Title: Sales BDC Representative

Culver City Chevrolet, a leading automotive dealership in Los Angeles, is seeking a Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our dynamic team. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and

professionally.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and

offering appropriate solutions.

• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for vehicle test drives and

consultations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales

process.

• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the dealership's customer database.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate

information to customers.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
