Arclight Dynamics is a leading manufacturer of precision CNC plasma systems used in a variety of production capacities by businesses across the globe. Located in Bend Oregon and founded in 2011, Arclight Dynamics is a rapidly growing, highly successful company with incredible advancement potential. Arclight is currently looking to hire a charismatic motivated and experienced individual as a Sales Specialist.

The Sales Specialist will work directly with customers and distributors selling mechanized CNC Plasma Machines. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

We will train the right candidate to understand and use our products.

Sales Specialist Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to

Sell CNC plasma tables, answer sales calls and make timely follow up calls to quote requests

Create and distribute quotes for customers

Develop new leads

Learn and utilize Quickbooks or Global Shop ERP to create quotes, and sales orders

Learn to operate cnc plasma system and present an average of one four hour training per week

Utilize our CRM program to capture sales

Pipeline management and daily lead disposition

Desired experience:

High integrity, good listening skills and Strong communication skills

Two years competitive sales or customer support experience with direct consumer and distributor sales

Strong computer skills, experience with Hub Spot CRM software.

A successful candidate must be outgoing and self directed in the execution of time sensitive projects.

Experience with manufacturing highly desirable

$20-$25 DOE + Bonus, 401K with employer contributions. Full medical package PTO. Handsome monthly bonus potential after probationary period.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
