Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Pay: Base Pay of $50,000 + UNLIMITED* (Performance Based) Commission + Car Allowance

Location: Edina, Minnesota

Schedule: Monday-Friday approx. 8 am - 5 pm

As a Sales Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with our experienced recruiting team and your clients to help others find meaningful work opportunities. Your primary mission is to secure new business from both existing clients and exciting new prospects. Daily functions:

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients through at least 50 - 60 personalized outreach calls, focusing on building genuine connections and understanding their unique needs.
  • Building genuine connections and nurturing client relationships through effective communication and trust-building strategies.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
  • Tailoring staffing service proposals to meet clients' unique needs and objectives, showcasing our services' value and benefits.
  • Collaborating closely with the recruiting team to ensure seamless and customized staffing solutions for clients.
  • Demonstrating adaptability in selling tactics to suit different client preferences and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Resolving conflicts with empathy, patience, and focusing on finding mutually beneficial resolutions.

  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Suite, web-based programs, and possessing basic computer knowledge, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of technology in daily tasks.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective and engaging interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Please be informed:

* A typical 1st-year compensation for this role averages between $60,000 to $70,000 with an inherited book of business.

*A high-performing salesperson can expect to make from $90,000 to $130,000+/ year.
