Join our sales team! You can be based around I-5 from Eugene/Springfield/Portland to the Salem metro area. Help us grow our vision of building a world of healthy, comfortable, and energy-efficient homes, lasting for generations.

Your Skills

• Your love for learning helps you advance and grow.
• You possess strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• You have 5+ years of proven sales success, or a combination of sales, construction, and/or energy management experience.
• Ability to suit up in a tyvek suit and inspect and take pictures of the homeowners attic and crawlspace to build a proposal.

Your Duties

• Meet with homeowners to build rapport and learn about their concerns.
• Conduct home inspections.
• Create proposals and close sales.
• Flexible work schedule
• Weekly sales trainings

A criminal background check, valid drivers license, and pre-employment drug screen are required before hiring.
