Job Title: Associate RTM Specialist

Location: Remote - Ongoing territory requirements in Washington State and Minnesota

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Department: Provider Sales

Key Relationships: Clinical Services, Providers, Patients, VA systems

About the role:

In this role, you must have a passion for patients and serving others to higher levels of proficiency and execution, educating clinicians on the benefits of DFU prevention within the VA Health System and the Commercial Payer Market, and supporting RTM Specialist(s) in pursuit of solid relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

The Associate RTM Specialist will be responsible for a variety of activities, including:

  • 50% travel in an assigned geography, directly servicing existing accounts to drive deeper relationships and account penetration.
  • Supporting and executing DFU prevention programs within the VA Health System and with Commercial providers.
  • Administrative support and patient communication as needed to support the territory/region and RTM Specialist teammate(s).
  • Additional service level support to existing RTM Specialists in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years outside business-to-business, medical, or pharmaceutical sales with a documented track record of success is required
  • Experience within VA environment desired
  • Proven ability to build relationships from scratch
  • High proficiency with Excel, MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
