As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring delivery of quality services.

This job is geared for someone who goes beyond and above to satisfy a customers needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing long-term relationships with clients to ensure open-line of communication and exemplary customer service
• Schedule landscape maintenance crews and conduct site inspections to evaluate services performed
• Provide estimates for supplemental work & enhancements to improve the quality of landscape
• Develop and coordinate plans for the efficient use of personnel and resources
• Responding to customer requests same day and making sure they are doing correctly
• Overseeing and running training meetings and safety meetings

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Managing 18-20 small accounts
• Ensuring the safety of all maintenance crews under supervision
• Dispatch emergency calls 3 to 4 times per year
• Attend board meetings and landscape committee meetings with clients
• Interviewing, hiring, firing and training employees.
• Developing thorough landscape reports, proposals, and punch lists

Qualifications

• Must have MINIMUM 3-5 years of experience in landscape management or a customer service industry
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record
• Must be proficient in the use of technology (email, MS Office, iPad, iPhone)
• Must have Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Bi-lingual (spanish) is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
