Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with customers.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets regularly
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
