Endeavor Agency seeks a talented and dedicated individual to help our executive clients find career success. Our company is growing, and we need self-driven, passionate individuals to help secure new clients. The Director of Sales consults with prospects who are interested in our services to share what we do, evaluate them as potential clients and close for the commitment of moving forward. There are no supervisory duties. If you love working hard, helping others improve their lives, and constantly striving to grow and learn this might be a great place for you.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in sales, business development, or recruiting. Our sales professionals enjoy listening to people, asking great questions and are not afraid to ask for commitments. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years experience, a bachelor's degree with a preference for a master's degree as well. We have a strong marketing and lead generation process in a place that does not rely on making cold calls.

Strong computer skills are required along with a commitment to constant growth and learning. Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills in written, verbal and video presentation formats. Additionally, candidates should have a strong work ethic, a focus on teamwork and a history of achieving results.

This is an on-site position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
