Responsibilities

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Develop key referral sources, like realtors and interior designs, to build a referral network
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, easily transferred to the installation team
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
• Get potential customers excited about what we do, how we do it, and encourage them to provide reviews and share them with their personal network
• Understand the customer needs and be able to connect through empathy

Requirements

• Proven record of accomplishment in sales
• Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable
• IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Good presentation and public speaking skills
• Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Highly motivated, flexible, and a great attitude on life

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
