Community Association Management Company with offices in Frederick, MD and Martinsburg, WV seeking honest, dedicated, and reliable career-oriented professional for full-time Portfolio Community Manager. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking/analytical skills, work well independently and with others, have a solid understanding of basic accounting, contracts, and customer relations, and be proficient with MS Office. Use of your own vehicle is required. The most qualified candidates will have industry experience and hold a CMCA designation or higher. M-F 9-5, plus evening meetings. Salary based on portfolio and relevant experience, with opportunity for advancement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
