We are seeking a well experienced (5 year) highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Sales area coverage for this position will be between Montana, Colorado, and Southern California.

Duties:
- Identify and analyze potential markets and customers
- Conduct research to identify new leads and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in masonry and construction sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business development
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success

Pay: $40,512.00 - $86,293.00 per year
