Full description of the position

We are NOW HIRING a Sales Manager for a fencing company in the North Austin Area.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
• Establish sales strategies and manage a team of 12 salesman.
• Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
• Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
• Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort
• Meet with Project Manager weekly to discuss current and future business and processes.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Organize, plan and prioritize work by developing specific goals.
• Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members, vendors, and customers. Keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to your job. Monitor and control our resources.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
