Full description of the position

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing/Sales Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading meetings between our marketing team and sales team. To ensure seamless operations and maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, office operations, and excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and deliveries.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate and lead activities between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving common goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales coordinators to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and marketing analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and management of marketing and sales budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring spending is within allocated limits.
  • Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, coordinating sales presentations, and assisting with lead generation activities.
  • Oversee the organization's Customer Relations system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and customers.
  • Organize training sessions for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise within the marketing and sales departments, and work to find solutions promptly.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.
  • Manage and maintain our company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Website.
  • Create high-quality content and original content that aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and target audience, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, conducting payroll, and organizing company events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and reconciling expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect among team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, with a track record of success.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual Fluent in (Spanish and English)
