Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Demonstrate technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
-Self starter ,this is a commission based opportunity, you will get what you put into it.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers Is a PLUS

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
