In this role, you will guide clients through the private event process from inquiry to completion. You will be the go-to person for a variety of clientele, including corporate, weddings and social, membership, and team member appreciation events as well as group hotel blocks.

Who You Are:

• Self-starter who will support the Sales and Catering Managers to achieve sales targets and expand the business to meet budgetary needs
• Open and willing to work in a multicultural environment
• Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, members, and team members
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
• Proficient in property management systems including Clubessential and ReserveCloud

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years of experience in event management preferred, Hospitality and/or Club industry is a plus
• An enthusiastic and proactive work ethic
• Ability to collaborate effectively both as a team or independently
• Excellent organizational skills
