Position Overview

The Chad Graham Insurance Agency is an established and growing Insurance and Financial Services Agency and we are looking for a fulltime Agents Executive Assistant. Insurance background is NOT necessary-training provided. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team oriented office environment is a must.

The ideal candidate will help our business grow through value based conversations and the ability to build a relationships with customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Make daily outbound calls.

• Scheduling of agent and Sales Team's daily appointments.
• Complete daily to do list in timely fashion
• Process insurance payments

• Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
• Must be able to obtain Life & Health license
