Job Overview: As the GMC New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our new car sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, training and motivating the sales team, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new car sales department.
Automotive Sale Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new GMC vehicles.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and sales incentives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and incentives related to GMC vehicles.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
Automotive Floor Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, with a focus on GMC vehicles.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with customers and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of GMC vehicles, features, and benefits.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
