Position Overview:As a Salesperson at Monster Motors Knoxville, you will play a vital role in helping our customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and preferences. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers through the entire sales process, from their first inquiry to vehicle delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customers' vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Showcase our vehicle inventory, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Arrange and conduct test drives, providing detailed explanations of vehicle specifications.
• Assist customers in exploring financing options and complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships, including follow-ups.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems (a plus).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay: $69,218.00 - $79,750.00 per year
