Due to the explosion of the Senior Market, our advisors are averaging $50k to $75k commissions in their 1st year, and $120k to 175k in their 3rd year. We offer paid training and advance commissions with future renewal opportunities.

As a Representative of Thrive Retirement Group you will be meeting and consulting with ages 50 plus on healthcare and retirement interests. You will review their current healthcare plan and provide insurance and financial products that better fit their current health and financial needs. We offer Medicare Supplemental Plans, Medicare Advantage, Long term care, Final Expense, Health & Life Insurance, and Safe Financial Solutions. We help you automate your weekly prospecting through qualified leads and marketing programs with our proprietary CRM platform.

We are looking for new or experienced full-time advisors, that can be trusted to recommend only what is right for our clients. We are looking for coachable and professional minded individuals who have a desire to dramatically impact their financial futures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
