Tristate Roofing is looking for Sales Consultants for King, Pierce and Kitsap counties due to our 2023 growth exceeding our expectations.

We PROVIDE YOU WITH QUALIFIED/CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS set by our marketing department. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SELL.

Our Sales Consultants average $6 - $12K per month and some have made as much as $15,000 in 1 month in commissions.

We will provide paid training for the first two weeks!

Sales Consultant responsibilities

- Visiting warm confirmed homeowners throughout Pierce, King, Kitsap and Snohomish counties, discussing home improvement solutions (Roofing, Window replacement, Siding, Entry doors, gutters and gutter protection with homeowners throughout the Puget Sound.

- Negotiating price

- CLOSING THE SALE ON THE FIRST VISIT

-What you receive as a Sales Consultant.....

- Warm, qualified, confirmed leads, and scheduled appointments

- Excellent training program

- 50% of commissions paid within 10-14 days

- Lucrative uncapped commission structure with bonuses

2 Years of previous sales experience in a 1 call close environment is required.
