Carlson Toyota is looking to hire a hard working, sales car manager. We have a very hands on talented team of managers and we are looking to add an individual to our management team to foster sales growth in this department. Job Responsibilities:

* Proven track record of desking and closing car deals.

* Love to develop people and help them achieve their individual goals.

* Proficient in online lead communciation and work to effectively manage leads.

* Fully educate and adopt all knowledge of the Toyota.

* Daily utilization and participation of resources and tools to manage day to day activities.

* Daily communication, collaboration and teamwork with sales team and fellow managers.

* Work with finance manager to set sales and gross objectives and increase F&I penetration.

* Lead and manage the efforts of vehicle salespeople to exceed customer expectations.

* Coordinate and lead in product training.

* Work with team to provide a superior customer experience.

* Must have a positive, lead by example leadership style.

Qualifications/Skills:

* 3+ years of automotive management experience.

* CDK experience preferred.

* Verbal and written communication skills.

* Professional personal presentation.

* Attention to detail, organizing and planning.
