TMS America, an employment agency is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Outside Sales for a client located in Cerritos, CA. This position is full-time and permanent.

(Entry level candidates (bilingual in Japanese and English) are welcome to apply.)

Location: Cerritos, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday
Compensation: $65,000 - 70,000 /YR (DoE) + benefits
Industry: Manufacturing

Applicants must be bilingual in English and Japanese

Job duties include:

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs to maximize satisfaction
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers leads through cold calling
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers and existing customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with potential customers and existing customers
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Bachelor's degree (ideal but not required)
• Must be fluent in English, Business level in Japanese
• Motivation skills and a positive attitude
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
• Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings
• Friendly and personable with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
