Overview:

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo is seeking a Director of Sales to join our team. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of our hotel and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales techniques
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The propertys 212 guest rooms and suites provide luxurious comfort to all who come to stay. The Hotel focuses on personalized, impeccable service and creating memorable stays whether for business or leisure travel.
Slated to open in late 2023, the Hotel boasts a new full-service restaurant and bar, over 14,000 sq. ft. of flexible banquet & meeting space with in-house catering , and all the amenities which guests have come to know and love - fitness center, indoor pool, sundry shop, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and more!
