Role Overview

As a 3 Mountains Comfort Advisor, you will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their heating and cooling goals. You will guide the customer through their buying decision and educate them on the equipment that will keep their home systems running smoothly for years to come.

• Establish customer rapport to build relationships with our customers and support them through the buying process.
• Listen to the needs of our customers, assess their HVAC system, and create solutions to meet their needs.
• Create a proposal showing how we would do the repair or replacement work. The proposal should be accurate, complete, and easily transferred to our install team.
• Meet referral and sales goals for your tier.
• Assist in project coordination to meet customer needs.
• Follow the 3 Mountains sales process including using the provided sales tools, price conditioning, and financing to secure the sale.
• Follow up with customers after a visit to close the sale if needed.
• Learn and understand city requirements for HVAC repair and replacement.
• Partner with our internal team to ensure overall success.
• Participate actively in all training exercises and attend weekly morning meetings.
• Maintain a clean and well stocked vehicle, drive safely and responsibly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 18 Years or older.
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• 2+ years B2C sales experience.
• HVAC or trades experience preferred.
• Experience with commission sales preferred.
• Willing to work around hazardous materials and in all weather conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Arrive on time and maintain job site safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: Base Hourly of $20-$23/ hour plus bonus and commissions. The average annual salary is $90,000-$140,000/year.
