Safe Haven Security, the nations largest authorized dealer of ADT security, is seeking sales- to join our rapidly growing inside sales team! Team members will handle inbound calls from Affiliate Partners and convert warm leads to sales.

Performance will be measured daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure you are on target to hit all goals and key performance indicators. Regular, structured sales training is provided to enable you to be at your best.

Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound calls to sales
• Maintain sales pipeline from sale through installation
• Contribute to team culture with positive energy and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

• Motivated by monetary incentives
• Previous experience in sales, or other related fields
• Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
• Skilled at handling and overcoming objections
• Accountable and enthusiastic about generating sales
• Familiarity with CRM platforms

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions & Monthly Bonuses based on performance

On Target Earnings:

• $115,000.00 + per year
