Storm Damage Claims Specialist

C&N Roofing is looking for Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Sales Professionals to join the C&N Dream Team.

We will give you the tools to be successful!

Day-To-Day:

- Perform Exterior home inspections to diagnose storm damage (take photos & upload to our system)
- Assist Homeowners through the insurance claim process (We provide full training on process)
- Close the sale and sign job paperwork with the Homeowner after assessing damages.
- Keep positive, professional relationship with Homeowners you sign up.
- Enter all inspections (Leads) & claims filed/contracts signed & photos (Jobs) into our.
- Communicate with Sales Manager on performance, customer questions, etc.
- Attend weekly sales meeting at our office in Roswell, most of your work/job will be performed in the field!
(Inspect property, Sell job to customer, upload documents and photos to company portal, maintain good customer relationship, repeat.)

What you Bring to the Team
- Ability to cold-approach homeowners and business owners to offer them our services, explain the features and warranties of the materials we offer, manage positive relationship with customer through life of the job.
- Eagerness to learn company sales cycle, customer documents & building materials. (Full Training Provided!)
- Self Sufficient; Must be able to work and stay organized in an independent environment
- Must have a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
- Must be 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
