We are fast-paced, engaging, fun group of concierge mens health clinics and our goal is to change lives through the latest in Anti-Aging Medications and procedures. We have multiple locations in several states.

We are looking for an inbound and outbound booking superstar. We want someone who is passionate about helping people with an attention to detail and follow up that is unmatched. Our clinics change lives and we want someone who is excited to do that. You'll answer incoming phone call requests for appointments and also make outbound calls to folks who request appointments online. You'll also email and text. Whatever it takes to book the appointment and make people feel comfortable! No cold calling. Youll be booking appointments for Erectile Dysfunction, Low Testosterone, Weight Loss, and Enhancement procedures. Its a sensitive subject for some guys so empathy warmth and strong knowledge of our products is key. Quick and adaptable learner. Quick witted and an ability to think on the fly.

Opportunities for growth include moving into clinic administrative/sales roles and building a team to book appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by answering inbound appointment requests by email or phone.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to introduce our products or services
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their interest and needs
- Schedule appointments for the clinic based on patient and practice availability.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the local clinic team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

-Communicate with clinic support staff and management team to improve services.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential patients and partners of patients
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Note: This position requires a proactive approach to generating appointments and requires strong business generating skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
