Troncalli Subaru is actively seeking to hire qualified Service BDC Agents!

General Job Description:

• Conducts outbound calls to customers to identify automotive needs.
• Answers high volume of incoming customer calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Sets, confirms and reschedules appointments for customers to service vehicles.
• Initiate and close rental vehicles for service customers.
• Corresponds with Service Advisors on vehicles that have been rented out for extended periods of time.
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Prior Call Center or BDC Experience PREFERRED
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via email and phone a must!
• Great Communication Skills
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
