Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and manage leads
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Familiarity with software products and technology sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
