Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential customers, assisting the customer service department and working directly to support the Outside Sales Engineers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales who is looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
- Provide sales quotes to customers
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Be responsible for website maintenance and development including SEO
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside or inside sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in business software including MS Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- A quick learner with mechanical aptitude is preferred
