WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Provide exceptional customer service by going the extra mile and build a strong relationship with current and future residents by being their go-to person
• Manage the leasing flow from inquiry to resident move-in utilizing our CRM platform. Keep a pulse daily with resident follow-ups, competitor research and knowing your property features and benefits.
• Ensure accuracy of advertising and media channels, promotional programs and signage for your assigned property
• Maintain the customer database and ensure that all leads are responded to and documented
• Ensure a strong closing ratio and explain the ins and outs of our lease terms to residents
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of availability of your property, common areas and amenities of the building and value-added services provided
• Communicate and work with Property Management to ensure property promises are delivered on time, and conduct move-in inspections and orientation with residents
• Maintain a working knowledge of competitive buildings and conduct regular market surveys of these properties
• Provide feedback and recommendations on rental rates, promotions and overall market conditions with a view to maximizing revenue at the property.

• $17 - $19 / hour
• plus commision for every home leased
• plus annual performance based bonus

• You have at least 1 year of experience in leasing or sales
• You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service
