Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Identify potential customers and generate leads for roofing and insurance services.
• Consultative Sales: Assess clients' roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with homeowners, guiding them through the process of getting their roofs approved and covered by insurance.
• Close Deals: Effectively communicate the value proposition and close sales agreements.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earnings.

What We Offer:

• Performance-Driven Pay: Our pay structure is performance-based, with new recruits earning $100 per sales agreement.
• Tiered Commission System: Earn a competitive commission, starting at 7% for the first 5 deals, and increasing based on your monthly performance.
• Path to Partnership: Achieve specific milestones, such as $1 million in sales, and you'll have the opportunity to become a partner, enjoying a 10-50-50 commission split.
