Entertainment Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Entertainment Account Manager to join our team. As an Entertainment Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic Account Management team, specializing in Corporate Events, Touring/Concerts, TV & Film, Special Events, and Festivals. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' event lighting needs are not only met but exceeded. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly navigate the intricacies of coordinating event lighting design, staff deployment, delivery logistics, and overall project oversight.

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

• Answer initial client inquiries and act as the primary point of contact for event lighting needs.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements regarding lighting design, layout, equipment, and budget constraints.

Quoting and Inventory Management:

• Utilize the company's Inventory system, Flex, to create accurate quotes for clients.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and other Felix Lighting locations to ensure the availability of equipment for specified dates.
• Initiate sub-rental orders when necessary to fulfill client demands.

Production Coordination:

• Coordinate client production and labor requirements.
• Generate purchase orders for sub-rentals, labor, and intercompany transfer orders.

Operational Efficiency:

• Coordinate change orders and last-minute updates on gear orders with Operations and Transportation team.
• Act as a liaison between Operations and clients in cases of missing gear, delayed delivery, or last-minute requests during events.

Logistics and Delivery:

• Coordinate the delivery of equipment with the Transportation Manager.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery to meet client expectations.

Financial Management:

• Create and deliver final invoices to clients upon event completion, based on actual gear and labor utilized.
• Ensure pricing strategies result in company profitability while meeting client expectations.

General Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Account Management team.
• Adapt to evolving industry trends and contribute insights to improve service offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Technical Theatre, Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years' experience in Production, Account Managment in the entertainment industry or Project Experience preferred.
• Entertainment industry preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills working with a wide range of personalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent database and inventory system skills.
• Creativity and organizational prowess.
• Diplomacy in handling client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

M-F: 10 am 6:30 pm and weekend availability as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $99,840.00 per year
