Our focus extends beyond capital equipment; we thrive on introducing and promoting the concept of a subscription-based customer loyalty program. Broadway Equipment Product Line: Our automated vehicle washers are endorsed by major car manufacturers and boast a dominant national market share within the auto dealer industry. This capital equipment sale provides a substantial one-time commission.

[please apply online] Auto Butler Product Line: This innovative paint preservation and customer loyalty program is offered as a value-added option to dealers' consumers. The Auto Butler product line offers a recurring monthly commission for a minimum of 5 years.

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive sales process, from prospecting to closure, while consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our value propositions.
  • Effectively communicate with potential and existing customers.
  • Focus on the Frisco, TX territory.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, including face-to-face sales interactions.
  • Possess an outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with business owners, presidents, and executives.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and gather information during sales calls.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and an appreciation for entrepreneurial environments.
  • Sales experience related to car dealerships is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

This is a full-time, commission-based position with guaranteed first-year earnings of $50,000+ with no cap on commissions. You'll earn two types of commission:

1. Capital equipment sales commission, providing a significant one-time commission from our Broadway Equipment product line, endorsed by major car manufacturers and holding a prominent national market share within the auto dealer market.

2. Subscription sales commission, delivering an ongoing monthly residual commission. The Auto Butler product line's paint preservation and customer loyalty program create a recurring commission for a minimum of 5 years.

  • Our top representatives earn over $300,000 per year.
  • This position suits entrepreneurial-minded individuals (1099 position preferred).
  • We provide startup assistance, including a salary draw during training and the first year.

Preferred Skillset:

  • 2+ years of experience in OEM car dealerships (working at or selling to car dealerships) or car wash management.
  • Proficiency in capital equipment sales, business development, and cold calling.
  • Exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and a strong drive to succeed.
