Aftermarket Sales Representative

If you enjoy talking with people, eager to learn, a leader, want to have fun at work, and are persuasive, this is the position for you. The Aftermarket & Customer Care Rep works with both our Sales and Service Teams to enhance the overall customer experience and make it EXCEPTIONAL!

How we work with Sales: We speak to every customer who purchases a vehicle at Waldorf Dodge, prior to financing and present products and accessories they may benefit from for their new car. If a customer has any questions or concerns after purchasing a vehicle, it's our priority to facilitate a solution. As a Customer Relations Manager it will be your job to manage each of your customers and ensure that their appointments are scheduled properly. We also facilitate overall Sales Team culture by being helpful, team players who ultimately want to see everyone succeed.

Duties:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs in a timely manner
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and customer relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Required)
