Assistant Property Manager
(Commercial and Residential Portfolio):
Seeking an Assistant Property Manager for an established full-service real estate company located in Norwalk, CT. Our team has grown along with properties under management and brokerage assignments each year, and we are seeking to grow the team further. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the business of property management and real estate brokerage, with multiple lucrative commission structures in place. The successful candidate will be placed in an internal training program prior to taking on his or her own direct clients.
Education: BA or BS - 4 year College Degree
(Real Estate License or CAM License preferred, not required)
Location: Norwalk, CT (must live within 30 minutes of office, preferably Fairfield or Westchester Counties)
Experience: 1-2 years actual experience in Real Estate or related field preferred. Current property management experience preferred.
Partial Responsibilities
Provide logistical support for the management of properties within our portfolio, working alongside an experienced management team.
Have working knowledge of: fielding calls, customer service, vendor coordination, project management, supervision, financial management, negotiation and sales.

Sales Responsibilities:
Current Real Estate License and CAM License preferred, not required.
Skills:
Proficient written and oral skills to communicate to team members, clients and vendors.
Real estate accounting and basic knowledge of budgets, forecasting and re-forecasts.
Proficient use of Word, Excel, Email, Office programs
Adaptability to changing client needs and responsibilities.
Excellent customer service skills to resolve issues quickly and equitably.
Personality Traits Required:
Hard working, excellent business ethics, reliability, ability to work independently, flexibility and common sense.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
