Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties:

- Sell various types of health insurance policies to individuals

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options

- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products, coverage, and premiums

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met

- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure new clients

- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients

- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field

- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

- Proficiency in sales administration processes and tools

- Multilingual skills are a plus

- Knowledge of benefits administration is an asset

- Familiarity with various types of insurance products and policies

- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients
