Job Title: Physician Recruitment Account Executive

Job Category: Sales Support

Level/Salary Range: $50,000 Base Salary, plus $28,000 of Projected Productivity Bonus at $200,000 Cash-In (Annually). No cap on bonus earnings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• A 360-degree desk responsible for business development, recruiting, and closing Physician Job Orders in an 11-state territory in the Southeast United States.

• Must be a sales "Hunter" with cold-calling skills for business development and the recruitment of candidates.

• Fill Job Orders with superior candidates, including family practice physicians, internists, pediatricians, advanced practice practitioners, and specialty positions with base salaries over $75,000 and a minimum service fee of $20,000.

• Market and build sustaining relationships with 250 client targets and revenues of $5MM+ to build the desk to a $500k territory within 36 months.

• Use technology tools to compliment the calling efforts to engage candidates who are open to new opportunities.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with qualified potential clients and candidates.

• Continuously develop a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and domain knowledge of Federally Qualified Health Centers.

• Maintain constant communication with candidates and clients and manage their expectations and schedules.

• Attract, assess, package, and submit placeable candidates to existing and new clients.

• Cultivate a network of candidates and clients through calls, social media, and email.

• Negotiate Fees for Job Orders.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of the internet and proficiency in conducting internet searches.

• Must practice the values of UHC Solutions, including a sense of urgency, a drive to win, a strong work ethic, and accountability.

• Strong computer application skills- MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• A sales mentality with a solutions-based attitude and strong closing skills.

• Must be highly detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must work effectively in time-sensitive situations and with confidential information.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Strong sense of ethics and professionalism.

• Bachelor's degree/ equivalent experience strongly preferred.
