The Role
As our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our firm's growth objectives. You will lead and build our marketing team, oversee digital marketing initiatives, content creation, brand management, and client acquisition strategies. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies in the professional services sector.
Job Duties
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies.
- Create and schedule regular posts on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with the audience through comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics to gauge effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Creation and Videography
- Plan and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns.
- Edit and optimize videos for different platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm content ideas.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials.
Lead Generation and Management
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress through the sales funnel.
Client Interaction and Lead Closure
- Field inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, or social media.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable services or products.
- Follow up with leads regularly and nurture client relationships.
- Close sales and coordinate with the team to ensure client satisfaction.
Marketing Campaigns and Strategy
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities.
