Job Description: Business Development Manager for Single and multi-family Real Estate Rental Market

The Business Development Manager for Single and multi-family Rental Markets responsibility is to grow the companys market share in accordance with the companys objectives for growth, customer satisfaction, and retention, as defined by our company policies, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • New Account Development
  • Attend and participate in trade shows and networking events as determined by the plan.
  • Report on performance to plan
  • Multi-Family Networking
  • Develop, monitor, manage, and implement the annual strategic plan for networking
  • Attend and participate in networking events as determined by the plan
  • Engage other members of the team as required and determined by the plan
  • Conduct client discovery calls
  • Package pricing and proposals in accordance with company pricing policy and or strategy
  • Manage clients throughout the sales process until the service agreement is finalized and all onboarding checklists are completed.
  • Meeting and exceeding the objectives of the annual development plan
  • Onboarding
  • Collaborate with the Client Relations & Support department through the completion of the account onboarding process.
  • Existing Account Management, Development, and Engagement
  • Develop, monitor, manage, and implement the annual Account Management and Development Plan
  • Attend and participate in client meetings as determined by the plan.
  • Engage other team members as required and determined by the plan.
  • Report on performance to plan
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction at all times
  • Coordinate, escalate, and resolve client issues
  • Escalate client requests for Platform improvements, issues, and feature additions
  • Meet with Operations regularly to assess client needs
  • Manage the change of ownership process
  • Manage invoice syncing and failures
  • Monitor and report on client retention and engagement
  • Customer administration and service as required
  • Meeting and exceeding the objectives of the annual development plan
  • Reporting & Strategic Planning Company Admin
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly as required on all areas of functional responsibility.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor the performance of the departmental strategic plan
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans for each department goal
