Malibu's Auto Center is hiring for an outgoing, optimistic counter salesperson to assist with sales and customer service to customers wanting to enhance their vehicles' appearance and functionality. Malibu's primarily offers automotive accessories, tint, and detailing services and is expanding in all areas.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and product knowledge
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing and discounts
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and accept constructive criticism
