Job Summary:
An Inside Sales Representative is in charge of making sure the needs of their clients and customers are met. They handle customer orders, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts
• Enter sales orders
• Establish new customers and grow current ones
• Answers customers questions
• SELL!

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold.
• Ability to anticipate customers needs.
• Ability to recommend merchandise to customers.
• Ability to operate or to quickly learn the stores point-of-sale system.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail and plumbing sales experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
