Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales progress
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
- Conduct warm calling to follow up with leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve company goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing
- Technical sales knowledge and ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to conduct warm calling and build rapport with potential customers
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions
