North Highland is the worlds leading change and transformation consultancy. Simply put, we make change happen like no one else and were on the hunt for a Sr. Manager, Sales Analytics in our Atlanta, Georgia office.
Youll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

YOU WILL:

Sales Metrics Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to identify patterns and insights.
  • Evaluate sales goals, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • Develop novel KPIs and gain adoption into the leadership team on why and how to leverage for insights and management.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.

Forecasting:
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine forecasts.

Performance Reporting and Insights:
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • Interpret data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and recommend strategic adjustments.

Data Optimization:
  • Sponsor systems requirements that drive insights and understanding of business performance.

Collaboration and Adoption:
  • Translate understanding of performance and interpretation of metrics to leadership teams to amplify your reach and firms competency to understand and address performance challenges and opportunities.

IDEALLY, WED LIKE:
  • Experience leading with data and have a passion in driving others to do so.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on quantitative evidence.
  • Experience forecasting pipelines and apply that forward view to strategic decision making.
  • Skilled in creating accurate sales forecasts.
  • Strategic mindset to anticipate market shifts and adapt accordingly.
  • An elevated ability to tell a simple, but powerful story using data as your foundation.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data effectively.
  • Comfortable presenting findings to senior management.
  • A self-starter and problem fixer who will lead us on our data journey.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Comfortable with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to data scientist approaches and use cases that can elevate our ability to understand our business.
  • Exposure to AI use cases in scaling business intelligence, particularly around driving sales and growth outcomes.
  • Experience with adoption of metrics, dashboards, and business strategies you develop.
  • Experience having a positive impact on overall pipeline effectiveness and efficiency by elevating win rates, bringing speed to our sales cycle and increase client/ prospect engagement.
  • Accuracy in forecasting periods 3, 6, to 12 months out.
