We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Sales (Counter) Associate in our Gaithersburg, MA location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
• Warehouse experience is preferred as the position will be working within the warehouse and counter sales.
• Provide superior customer service to our customers.
• Provide support for our Parts Stores.
• 1+ year of counter sales or customer facing experience - candidates with B2B customer experience such as HVAC and/or Auto Parts counter sales desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders.
• Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent with one year's experience.
