Full description of the position

We are hiring for both Part-time & Full-time positions (Both require open availability including weekends)

• Part-time availability starts at $12 an hour (20-29 hours weekly)
• Full-time availability starts at $14 an hour (30-40 hours weekly)

Once Upon A Child offers customers a fun and convenient way to buy and sell gently used kids stuff, which makes saving money on children's clothes, toys, baby furniture and equipment a reality every day. We focus on quality, safety, and value the same things you feel important for your own families.

Once Upon A Child in North Oklahoma City is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fun, team oriented environment.

Responsibilities will include ringing up sales, processing returns, answering phones, assisting customers, tagging, communicating the buy process to our customers, and any other tasks associated with a sales associate position. This is an entry level position.

The right candidate must meet the following criteria:

Must have weekday and weekend open availability.

Must be seeking permanent employment. (NOT SEASONAL)

Great customer service and communication skills.

Basic math skills.

Ability to work independently and in a group setting

Ability to handle customers with sensitivity.

Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy.

Must have flexibility with work schedules.

Must be able to effectively communicate the Buy Policy to our customers.

Bilingual is a plus.
