Blazerworks is a new department within our company that is ramping with growth.

We are currently looking to hire individuals for an on-site Internal Sales (Education Recruiter) position.

Our company fully trains and mentors you along in the journey. Previous sales and recruiting experience would not be required for you to succeed in this role.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelors degree
• Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales and recruiting
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and cold calling
• Strong work ethic and passion to grow in sales

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to bring culture into the company.
• Strong drive to learn, grow and succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is not required but is favorable.

Responsibilities and Commitments:

• Sourcing candidates by warm leads and cold calling.
• Post our client's jobs on our platforms.
• Source through LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter
• Recruit education professionals via phone, email, and social media. similar to the first bullet
• Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates.
• Build relationships with education and healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments.
• Build a book of business of candidates to work contract assignments

• This is FULLY on-site. Applicants must come into one of our Atlanta offices.
• Two locations: Peachtree Corners, Norcross office and Cobb Galleria, Vinings office.
• Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends!
• Paid the start of the first day of training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
