Commercial Leasing Agent

Benderson Development is one of Americas largest privately held real estate companies. We are proud to own and manage over 800+ properties encompassing over 50 million square feet in 41 states. The diverse Benderson portfolio includes retail, office, industrial, hotel, residential, and land holdings.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective tenants through cold-calling and networking, on a local, regional, and national level.
• Lease retail space to tenants on a national and regional level. Focus on co-tenant mix and design that enhances both destination and impulse buying.
• Perform daily leasing & management duties in a retail space, interfacing with all tenants, vendors, and other personnel to professionally lease & maintain company retail properties.
• Canvassing national and regional contacts for potential tenant prospects.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with existing tenants.
• Assist in identifying new acquisition development projects and identify existing projects through expansion.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial property leasing or student graduates with entrepreneur and leadership education encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting, and budget management
• Proven track record of success

Pay Range
$60,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually

**Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
