Canton Racing Products has been a manufacturer and distributor of high performance aftermarket engine accessories for nearly 40 years. We have a solid reputation for building quality products and providing our customers with quality service. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to learn new things and take on new challenges to add to our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to make an impact in a small business environment.

The primary focus of this position will be to ensure a high level of service to our current customers via email and phone. Responsibilities will include:

• Entering customers' orders into our computer system
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Monitoring email accounts and providing updated information and answers to questions
• Providing answers to questions regarding fitment and product availability
• Resolving customer product and service issues
• Handling and processing return requests

Our ideal candidate is a well-organized and self-motivated individual who should be able to manage multiple tasks at a time. Other qualifications include:

• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

This position is an in person, full-time (40 hour per week), Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Our benefits package includes health, dental, life and short term disability insurances. In addition, there is paid vacation time and a SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan with matching contributions. Compensation is negotiable and will depend on experience.
