Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with painting contractors, and ultimately closing sales for our high-end residential painting services. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development within the painting industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and Google Ads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with painting contractors and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present proposals and estimates tailored to each client's project.
  • Close sales and negotiate contracts to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our design team to provide expert advice on color schemes and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the residential painting industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of design trends and a passion for aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques, including Google Ads.
  • Polished and professional demeanor with the ability to represent our brand effectively.
